RATES: $140 is average. Sliding scale is offered if needed.
INSURANCE: Out of pocket, Private (Anthem, Cigna, Aetna), Medicare, and Medicaid (Denver and surrounding only). Some private insurance is out of pocket.
* Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. A super-bill or receipt can be provided for you to submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement for Out of Network Benefits. You may have Employee Assistance (EAP) benefits through your work so be sure to investigate that avenue as well.

What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the copay amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cash and check are accepted for payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session even if you only pay a copay or a reduced fee.
